Changes are applied directly via eBay's official API. eBay does not take listings down during edits — the listing stays live and buyers can still purchase while the update processes (typically under 60 seconds). The only exception is price changes, which we'll confirm with you before applying.
Absolutely. During intake, tell us exactly which listings, categories, or price ranges to skip. We maintain an exclusion list that's honored throughout the project and any future work on your store.
We search eBay's completed/sold listings for the same or very similar item and pull the last 8–15 sold prices. Outliers (sealed/graded collector prices vs. standard used) are filtered out. The recommended price is calculated at your preferred percentile — median by default. Shipping type is factored in: if your listing has free shipping, we compare against other free-shipping sold comps so the comparison is apples-to-apples. We also enforce a break-even floor so no listing is ever priced below what it costs you to sell it after eBay fees and shipping.
For first-time clients, we always send a full preview before applying. You can flag specific listings, request rewrites, or simply exclude them from the batch. Once you're comfortable with the output quality, subsequent runs can be applied directly without preview — but that's always your choice.
Full Optimization orders are delivered same day or next business day. Premium orders are delivered within 2 business days. Monthly Retainer orders (new listings) are processed within 24 hours of submission. Larger projects (1,000+ listings) may take 3–5 business days — we'll confirm timing during intake.
Yes. Noble Cache Pro handles general merchandise, vintage/collectibles, electronics, auto parts, media (VHS, DVDs, CDs, books, records), tools, clothing, and more. Some highly specialized categories (trading cards with PSA grades, fine jewelry with gem certifications) may need additional intake discussion. When in doubt, just ask — we'll tell you upfront if a category is outside our scope.
